Kofi Annan disclosed that “Education is a human right with immense power to transform. On its foundation rest the cornerstones of freedom, Democracy and sustainable human development.” It unleash progressive potentialities in nationals. Education goes beyond the values conferred on students within the four walls of the classroom, it further can be explained as a momentary experience shared from everything and everyone in our immediate surroundings. It is an activity that man consciously and unconsciously engage himself in, in his lifetime.

Developing countries are logically identified through their developmental indices. Development however, is a multi pronged process that depicts a great level of freedom, innovation, creativity, self discipline and increased standard of living. A society is said to be developing as the members unitedly deal with core environmental issues, the intellectual capacity implored to deal with such issues is a factor of how well they explore the science of nature ( education), and how knowledge is devised to create tools (technology) needed for structural change.
